Taboola, the world’s largest content recommendation platform, is hiring a Team Lead, Sales Development


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and project manage a team of up and coming, junior and mid-level colleagues.
  • Expedite onboarding on Media SDR Team; by way of weekly individual meeting, conducting training workshops.
  • Support Senior, Enterprise Level Sales Teams directly
  • Generate scalable, high quality leads and manage the lead generation process
  • Identify decision makers and research prospect’s contact information
  • Drive revenue growth through outreach emails & phone calls with a focus on setting appointments for Enterprise Sales Team
  • Conduct outreach while educating prospects on Taboola advertising solutions
  • Accompany supported sales managers to client events, developing key client relationships
  • Work with Sales to keep Salesforce fully up to date and the pipeline current
  • Work closely with sales managers on various projects that are in support of the entire sales team
  • Gather feedback from sales team leaders and implement change throughout the SDR Team

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a 4-year college
  • 1-2 years experience, preferably in a sales or sales research related role (1 year of previous team-lead i.e. player/coach experience in a sales and/or sales support capacity preferred, but not required)
  • Experience in digital media advertising, or tech
  • Strong business acumen, and an ability to present and communicate ideas/concepts effectively
  • Prior experience with Salesforce (or another CRM system) and related productivity tools
  • Proficiency in Google Apps, MS Office
