KYLE CBD Sales REPS (RSR) is the lifeblood of our organization and the key to our growth. We need a motivated leader with their finger on the pulse of the CBD/Smoke market and a passion for this exciting new category to hit the streets and build a strong business & sales foundation in collaboration with our Distribution partners.




  • Be a positive everyday leader & coach to our Distribution partners to ensure Go-To-Market consistency & quality in line w/ KYLE CBD standards for new & existing accounts
  • Provide Distribution partners with reports on sales performance, gaps, opportunities, solutions, sales team coaching & growth opportunities
  • Hit the streets! Work with Distribution partners in market on a weekly basis to expand our account universe, gain key retail and consumer insights, and ensure premium presentation of KYLE CBD in retail
  • Develop & execute relevant sales promotion & product trial calendar
  • Ensure we look premium & visible in market via the right POS/messaging
  • Manage, Track, Report on budget


  • Create, Manage, and Execute upon Tiered Account/Partner Target list that makes sense for KYLE CBD and the local market
  • Work with new & existing Key Accounts to ensure proper schematics, messaging, product mix
  • Customize sales presentations and sell KYLE CBD product in a way that meets the needs of the customer
  • Stay wired with local opinion leaders, business owners, and the local community to ensure ‘first to market’ & Category Captain status as well as capturing vital consumer/shopper insights
  • Drive Execution of Nat’l Sales Programming
  • Local point of contact for National Accounts


  • Communicate regularly with all accounts to ensure sharing of best practice and ‘one team’ dynamic
  • Create and share new tools for selling, tracking, reporting and share with team
  • Ongoing reporting on Local Sales Growth, New Accounts, Distributor performance, merchandising
  • Evaluate and share competitive activity in the market


  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2-5+ Years Sales Experience (CPG/Retail/Cannabis/Smoke preferred) with strong track record of results
  • Strong Analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources to inform or adjust local market planning
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Positive, Solution Oriented Mindset
  • Self-Motivated, Entrepreneurial, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English, additional languages preferred
  • Passion for KYLE CBD & the healing powers of CBD and Cannabis
