PURPOSE OF THE JOB

KYLE CBD Sales Managers (SM) is the lifeblood of our organization and the key to our growth. We need a motivated leader with their finger on the pulse of the CBD/Smoke market and a passion for this exciting new category to hit the streets and build a strong business & sales foundation in collaboration with our Distribution partners.

DISTRIBUTOR LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION

  • Be a positive everyday leader & coach to our Distribution partners to ensure Go-To-Market consistency & quality in line w/ KYLE CBD standards for new & existing accounts
  • Provide Distribution partners with reports on sales performance, gaps, opportunities, solutions, sales team coaching & growth opportunities
  • Hit the streets! Work with Distribution partners in market on a weekly basis to expand our account universe, gain key retail and consumer insights, and ensure premium presentation of KYLE CBD in retail
  • Develop & execute relevant sales promotion & product trial calendar
  • Ensure we look premium & visible in market via the right POS/messaging
  • Manage, Track, Report on budget
  • Hire, train, & manage RSR’s; forecast sales & depletions; manage chain activity personally or through our CRM
  • Ensure that proper Brand standards and Trade standards are worked on in the market and achieved
  • Follow progress of sales and POS against expected goals and plans
  • Sales Development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or other related field; MBA preferred

Experience

  • 5-8 years of sales management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 or more years experience in the CBD/Cannabis/Smoke/Tobacco industry
  • Experience in leading sales staff; Performed functions of training, developing, coaching, disciplining and conducting performance reviews with subordinates
  • Ability to analyze and interpret general and financial business reports; Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Experience and knowledge of customer service processes and operations
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations and conclude with a resolution
  • Knowledge and hands on skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time

Compensation:

  • Range of up to $150K (Including Base Salary, Commission, and Incentives)
