Position Overview:

Assist in supporting the Sales Team by gathering materials, communicating relevant information both internally and externally, and facilitating team activities to maximize performance. Work directly with the team management to ensure that all administrative and support functions are operating efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing schedules and timelines/deadlines to hit deliverables.
  • Communicating efficiently with internal and external members of the organization (including Asia, Retailers, etc.)
  • Managing order flow process from beginning to end and proposing solutions based on timelines to ensure on time deliverables.
  • Monitor the process, identify any shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Review, organize, and support financial data in electronic form.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials and/or events.
  • Must have ability to work well in fast-paced environment.

Experience/Education

  • 2 plus years experience a PLUS
  • 2 plus years experience minimum in an administrative office setting

Skills

  • Well-organized and responsible with aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Team player with aspirations to grow within the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Cross functional team communication.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
