About This Role We’re looking for dynamic, high-performing, sales-focused, highly process-oriented analyst to lead our Sales and Operation efforts. Providing data-driven insights tothe Account Executives and Account Managers working with our numerous brands (and growing), you are critical to the success of our sales operations team and you will help influence the trajectory of our organization. The ideal candidate will be able to partner with sales executives on all operational and analytical requests while also codifying data for senior management. You will be able to own the accuracy, efficiency and ongoing optimization of sales technologies while serving as an educator on our team about the value of these resources for ongoing adoption and utilization. As partnerships are finalized, you will serve as the procurement and finance point person providing high touch customer support to free up sales executives to work on securing future deals. You’re a detail manager, and an internal go-to problem solver. This description will excite the right person who will be flexible and adaptable as we build the “plane” that is already in the air. If you love developing processes to help Sales leaders and team members to be more effective and productive, and advising leadership on strategic and operational initiatives, you may be our Sales Operations analyst! The ideal candidate will have the following attributes, skills and traits: * A problem-solving orientation. You see options and research solutions until problems are solved * Superior attention to detail and ability to codify and streamline processes which contain myriad details and important data * Excellent communication skills – you are thoughtful, data driven and influential among key stakeholders and cross functional partners to enable decision-making on topics like data analysis and forecasting This is where the role begins. - A strong track record of achievement preferably
- Experience with sales technologies is preferred * The ability to manage the sales tech stack and ensure that our systems are optimal for our sales and customer success management goals
- Results-oriented and analytical– you probably love spreadsheets and love converting data into a story with recommendations * Extremely technologically savvy
- You must love giving back to others as we are actively involved in our community and love giving back to others
This position starts with a $40,000 base salary with massive incentives that will easily drive the right person over 6 figures their first year with paid holidays, vacation time and benefits available.
