Please note: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per year is base salary and will be reviewed during the interview process. Salary will be based on packaging industry and sales experience.

Commission may vary between $64,000.00 – $108,000.00 per year.

Plastic 360 is currently looking to fill several positions for Outside Sales Representative.

With over a decade of manufacturing experience, Plastic 360 is specialized in the manufacturing of plastic containers for the food and foodservice industry. With the help of its online platform Packaging 360, Plastic 360 is looking for experienced team members with experience in sales and packaging to help increase sales to both its online and offline sales channels.

Under the direct supervision of your state sales manager, you will be expected to accomplish the following. Tools and materials, as well as leads, will be supplied to help guarantee your success.

Please note that cold calling and prospecting is also an important part of this position.

A detail work plan is supplied.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prospect local merchants and distributors.
  • Follow-up with existing clients and create new opportunities.
  • Evaluate customer needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Understand your local market and help corporate develop tools and product offerings to meet these needs.
  • Meet Quotas
  • Communicate any ongoing accounts with management
  • Follow-up with leads and accounts provided by management or corporate.
  • Contact leads provided by corporate.
  • Send sourced market knowledge to the team leader.

Related Tasks

  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, provided leads etc)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory


  • Proven sales experience
  • Packaging or distribution experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience working with Zoho.com or similar CRM
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer use competency
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Willingness to learn and achieve the required tasks to succeed.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission
