1. A proven track record of closing staffing business- federal or commercial. Or both.
2. Values and ethics. I
3. An ability to think through and plan your work- every DAY.
4. The energy and ability to work through the inevitable issues and challenges.
5. Creative thinking. You’re the Account Executive- get creative!!
6. Tenacity. If you don’t have it, don’t apply.
7. An ability to tough out the initial 2-month start-up period.
8. Account management experience and skills – especially mid-sized firms.
