This is a fantastic opportunity to have a Global impact and shape the Commercial and Capability agenda of the company. As the Finance Manager, you will help drive our Global Commercial initiatives, work closely with our Global Media function and Sectors to help define, track and drive the A&M Productivity agenda, identify current Global Finance processes that would benefit from simplification/optimization, as well as support the Strategic and M&A agenda. This person will work closely and partner across multiple Global functions to advance key projects, and collaborate closely alongside Sectors/Markets

Responsibilities include:

  • Supports Commercial Finance activities that will help driven Top Line growth (e.g. Global Innovation processes)
  • Help define and establish an A&M Productivity Scorecard to driven visibility and understanding of key levers, partnering closely with Global A&M/Media COE as well as Sector/Market Marketing & Finance teams to define a common language, measurement, tracking and reporting of A&M Productivity in a consistent and reliable manner
  • Works closely with Global Functions to establish a common and aligned way to measure value and impact to the organization (e.g. Design)
  • Seek out opportunities to simplify and/or increase the value of existing processes, challenging the way things are done and driving new ways of thinking/working (e.g. reporting capabilities, performance scorecarding, leveraging existing data in a more optimal way)
  • Provide Strategic & M&A support to Global initiatives
  • Support AOP development across Global Groups & Functions, including data analytics, deck preparation, target communication
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)
  • MBA preferred
  • +6 years of progressive responsibility, with preference in the following areas: Financial Planning and Analysis, New Business Development, M&A, Commercial Finance, Strategy

  • Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
