F&I manager would need to lead the team that helps our customers through the process of financing their vehicles. If you have experience managing teams, a good understanding of lending practices, and are motivated to help people we would love to hear from you. This position reports to the Senior Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and recommend solutions using a consultative approach.
  • Ability to generate referrals from centers of influence.
  • Maintain clean paperwork.
  • Co-lead and motivate a team of retail Finance Managers & Credit Analysts
  • Set team KPIs and measure progress toward goals
  • Provide mentoring and ongoing training to team to help achieve goals
  • Continuously optimize financing process and tools
  • Handle customer escalations with the ability to de-escalate issues
  • Work directly with funding team to expedite funding
  • Negotiate with banks for best rates
  • Review team paperwork for accuracy
  • Manage all loan cancellations and reinstatements
  • Assist with new technology and process rollouts

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to exude energy & enthusiasm in a phone selling environment (salesmanship.)
  • Familiarity with consumer lending products and practices
  • Experience leading customer-facing teams
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
  • High-level mental fortitude.
  • Minimum two years prior sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Understanding of the importance of consistency & accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to change priorities quickly as time-sensitive needs arise
  • Able to adapt to a fluctuating workflow, particularly during periods of high loan volume.
  • Averaging $1,500 a copy.

We offer weekly pay:

Pay structure is 25% of back end sales
