Our Opportunity:
Fetch Package is looking for a Director of Finance to join our Finance Team based in Austin, TX. This is a critical leadership position on the team where you will be partnering with various business leaders across all departments to drive business results and leads all business performance budgeting, forecast, and reporting. The Director of Finance position will work closely with the CEO driving continuous improvements to the company’s forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Fetch Package across all departments
  • Partner with leadership across the entire company to define KPIs, build forecasts and budgets and track performance while explaining variances to plan, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving strategic business initiatives to deliver profitability and working capital targets
  • Lead the preparation of all internal and external reporting packages for management, auditors and investors as well as present on financial results to Fetch Package Leadership (QBRs, Board Meetings, etc.)
  • Enhance financial models (labor models, monthly forecasting, NPV, ROI, Payback, etc.) on a monthly basis to improve forecast accuracy and drive business results
  • Analyze existing financial processes and workflows to propose and implement changes that improve on and streamline various processes
  • Ensure accounting alignment on all company accruals, coding, entries, etc. to ensure the finances can effectively and efficiently be reported

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 7+ years related experience
  • Experience in financial analysis, key performance indicators, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of accounting and process management skills
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills (Excel/PowerPoint Dashboards, Tableau, etc.)
  • Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them through to completion
  • Advanced MS Excel skills


  • MBA
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, all financial statements and financial modeling
  • Experience with SQL coding, Tableau, Financial ERP systems, financial reporting systems, and database navigation
