MotoLease is a nationally-recognized powersports leasing company with offices located near LAX convenient to the 405. We are seeking to hire Dealer Growth Managers for our sales department. Base rate of $15.00 per hour plus aggressive incentive program.

The Dealer Growth Manager will expand the MotoLease powersports vehicle leasing program to dealers in multi states in the United States. Position will contact dealers by phone and email, explaining the program and making initial demonstrations leading to an onboarding of the new dealer. Position will have proven sales experience, persuasive communication skills and the ability to close the deal. Position will increase dealership volume by introducing additional solutions and services.

Job Duties

  • Grow MotoLease dealership network nationwide by identifying potential dealerships
  • Prospect on-line, contact dealers, understand business needs
  • Make initial presentations and educate dealer on the MotoLease program
  • Overcome objections and close the deal
  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing additional solutions and services
  • Function in a team environment, working in conjunction with other teams to ensure quality and volume objectives are met or exceeded by the Company
  • Provide regular reporting to supervisor and participate in meetings
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Other related duties as necessary

Essential Job Requirements

  • Confident and accomplished sales ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and persuasively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to close deal
  • Ability to develop and maintain profitable relationships with dealers
  • Must be persuasive and charismatic
  • Results-oriented with strong work ethic and motivation to meet monthly sales goals
  • Preferred knowledge of credit, finance and funding functions within a vehicle finance company
  • Strong presentation, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRMs and business operations technology
  • Detailed and organized self-starter
  • Availability to work a schedule than ca include weekend hours


  • 2+ year’s of highly successful sales experience preferably in powersports environment
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred but not mandatory
