We are proud to be the Mid-Atlantic’s premier stair and rail manufacturer and are actively looking for an Inside Sales Support professional to join our Customer Service and Sales Teams.

As Inside Sales Support, you will serve as the liaison between the Outside Sales team and the customer. You will be responsible for generating new sales orders (using excel and SAP), verifying delivery dates for future orders, responding to customers questions and concerns, and updating both the customer and production with any changes that may arise during the order fulfillment process. The ideal person will have a high level of attention to detail, possess the ability to prioritize task from most important to least important, and have demonstrated customer service skills in prior work experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generate new sales orders via email, phone, fax, or customer portal
  • Enter new sales orders into SAP
  • Verify upcoming deliveries with the customer. Reschedule when needed
  • Develop an understating of our business processes in order to better service the customer
  • Communicate delivery and production changes to the customer in a professional and timely capacity
  • Deliver nothing but exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • 3 years of Customer Service experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree not required, but strongly preferred

** Choice Stairways will be relocating to Largo, Maryland in summer of 2020. The applicant must be willing to relocate when the office moves. **

Current office hours: M-F / 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
