Growing leader in the commercial construction and building industry, has an immediate need for an Outside Sales Rep to work in a well performing territory located in their South Florida market.

  • As a Service Sales Rep, you will have an opportunity to come on board in an Outside Sales Role, working in an assigned territory alongside a more Senior Sales Rep. This Senior Rep will serve as your mentor, helping you develop and close sales leads in the field.
  • In terms of the actual day to day sales role, this is strictly commercial, business to business sales.
  • You will be selling a building / construction service to commercial customers.
  • While you will report to the office once or twice a week for sales meetings, the bulk of this role will have you out in the field.
  • While in the field, you will work on both new business hunting and prospecting as well as handling the needs of existing customers.
  • You will also have leads provided and qualified as the company has a strong inside sales team.
  • They also have a fantastic marketing program that develops leads and prospects for the sales team.
  • Through mentorship, training and success, this Service Sales Rep will be put on a path for career growth and development in this role and company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year

  • Construction / General Contractor: 2 years (Preferred)
