Our client is actively seeking business development professionals to join their rapidly growing team. This position is an integral role in the growth of the Structured Settlement team and is responsible for prospecting their vast database of structured settlement and immediate annuity recipients.

Our client’s innovative approach to business development & sales training and coaching has earned it national recognition as “Sales Executive of the Year” and “Excellence of Execution” from the AA-ISP (American Association of Inside Sales Professionals) and “Best Sales Training and Coaching” by the Institute for Excellence in Sales. Their Structure Sales Management Team has over 40 years of combined management, coaching, and leadership experience. Their leadership team runs two coaching sessions per week to cover sales, customer service, and industry education.

All Stars can expect to be promoted to a producer role in 3-6 months.
