Berger Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our award winning team. We offer competitive compensation with performance bonuses.

Primary Responsibilities include:
*

Become a Chevrolet expert by gaining knowledge of industry trends and technology.

*

Provide thorough test drives to highlight vehicle features to match client needs.

*

Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls and emails.

*

Follow up with existing customers to ensure an exceptional shopping experience and generate referral business.

*

Develop customer awareness pertaining to the availability of quality dealer and product services such as the Parts Department, Service Department, and Collision Repair Shop.

Requirements:
*

Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience preferred, but we will train the right individuals.

*

Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)

*

Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.

*

Valid U.S. Driver’s license.
