Job Description =

We are seeking an experienced general manager to join our growing team. As an ideal candidate, you’ll have proven experience overseeing operations, finance, and communications departments. You’re driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency. You will use a continuous improvement, lean, and operational excellence mindset to create a safe and successful environment.

Job Functions =

– Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals

– Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values

– Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement

– Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies

– Increase management’s effectiveness by training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities

– Establish plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections

– Coordinate efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff

– Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Preferred Skills and Qualifications =

– Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field

– Previous performance evaluation experience

– Working knowledge of human resources processes

– Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills

– Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable

– Strong working knowledge of operational procedures

– Bilingual: English and Korean
