Entering daily sales reports into QuickBooks Memorized Transaction Templates
Posting vendor invoices and preparing weekly check runs
Interfacing with management and vendors on payables
Running semi monthly payrolls; submitting payroll taxes through QuickBooks
Reconciling bank accounts on weekly basis
Preparing monthly Profit & Loss Statements for the various companies
Maintaining records for partner distributions
Maintaining CEO equity and investment accounts
Interfacing with corporate insurance broker on all policies
Prepare and maintain all year-end W2s and 1099 MISC for contractors
The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum five years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in hospitality
Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, including Enhanced Payroll
Extensive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Knowledge of preparation of W2s and 1099 MISC
Knowledge of preparation of Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
Compensation would include:

Annual salary
Participation in medical, dental, vision benefits after introductory period
Executive Food Credit

Salary: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
