Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • All accounting functions including: A/P, A/R, Payroll, reconciliations, G/L entry and maintenance, and all federal and state financial reporting;
  • Oversee retirement benefits;
  • Internal reporting as directed by management; and
  • Maintain vendor and client accounts and relations.

Job Requirements:

  • (1) Certified Public Accountant, (2) Accounting Degree, or (3) a minimum of five years’ direct experience in accounting/office procedures;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and payroll;
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize workflow;
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills, professional attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • A creative mind with the ability to identify and suggest improvements; and
  • Ability to take independent ownership of and complete all accounting tasks and responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year


  • Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
