Broadmark Real Estate Management III is a private REIT that specializes in commercial lending. We’re a direct-lender based in the Southeast for construction, development, and bridge loans ranging from $200,000 – $5 million in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Typical asset classes include but not limited to single-family, townhomes, multifamily, commercial, and land. Since inception, our family of funds has originated upwards of 825 loans with a total face amount of $1.2 Billion.

We are seeking a full-time employee to lead Business Development in Florida. Candidate’s duties will include lead generation through fostering new and existing relationships while utilizing various networking opportunities. Furthermore, Candidate will be responsible for leading the firm’s outreach campaign to connect with prospective clients. Candidate will also be in charge of conducting preliminary underwriting and gathering the required underwriting documents leading up to deal funding. The Candidate will work closely with the Managing Partner as well as the President of the Fund. Some traveling within Florida and to the central office in Atlanta, GA will be required.

Candidate must have experience in either real estate or lending (residential or commercial) and a strong background in sales. The successful candidate will be ethical, articulate, well-mannered, success driven, a self-starter and team player. Some knowledge of construction or development is beneficial but not required. Ideally, Candidate will be located in Greater Tampa or Orlando. Compensation will be base plus incentives and includes full benefits.
