General Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year University
  • 2-5 years experience working for a 3PL/ Broker in the full truck load transportation sector
  • Ability to work in our office in Plano, TX

We are currently seeking a full time Carrier Sales Manager for our Plano, TX office. All applicants should be comfortable working with young, energetic staff in a very fast paced/ demanding environment. Overseas travel is preferred once on an annual basis. 40% to 50% domestic travel will be required.

  • Become the friendly voice and contact for our new and existing carriers
  • Identify key customer decision makers and determine appropriate approach
  • Create solutions based on carrier needs by leveraging the scope of company products / services
  • Build strong relationships with carriers by staying in constant communication
  • Manage carrier expectations and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work with our account management team to ensure carrier commitments are met
  • Stay informed on changes in the customer’s organization and the logistics industry


  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 year University
  • 2 years of recent experience with a 3PL/ Broker in the Full truck load brokerage sector.
  • Ability to Golf at a reasonable level
  • Assertive / persuasive sales mentality
  • Passion for building relationships and solving problems
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment while delivering independent results
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Competitive Salary and full training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
