Job Summary:

We are seeking a SEM / SEO / Analytics Strategist to work in the Digital Marketing department within our company. We are looking for a person who is self-motivated and reliable, highly organized, strong verbal communication skills and can work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties will consist of:

  • Perform daily account management of multiple paid media accounts in Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc
  • Implement A/B ad copy and landing page tests and make recommendations based on the results and for other testing opportunities
  • Collect and analyze data from multiple marketing channels to identify trends in order to achieve maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with the online and offline marketing teams on PPC strategies and omni-channel efforts
  • Track and manage KPI’s such as CTR, CPC’s and CPL to optimize campaigns and identify issues
  • Support Amazon Paid Ad Campaigns, including Seller Central Brand and Product Listing Ads, Dynamic Remarketing, Prospecting and Programmatic Display activities
  • Optimize Amazon Enhanced Brand Content based on keyword and competitor research
  • Manage campaign budgets, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for SEM to improve conversion rate
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization for paid search campaigns
  • Research keywords and suggest new content and copy to improve SEO
  • Research and analyze competitor paid advertising and organic results in search landscape
  • Provide weekly reports to management about new competitors entering the landscape, changes in tactics employed by current competitors, and any possible changes in the search landscape that could affect account profitability
  • Monitor traffic quality from all sources. Identify fraud, low performing sources, and domains. Take necessary action to block poor quality traffic sources from all campaigns
  • Prepare for any possible algorithm or policy changes
  • Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
  • Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards) related to all digital marketing efforts and KPIs
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads conducting high volume online media buys and managing large annual online marketing budgets
  • Proven experience profitably driving high-volume online customer acquisition
  • Experience with Google Analytics and tracking tools
  • Amazon account and programmatic display experience preferred
  • Robust analytical skills and ability to work with and analyze a large volume of complex data and make recommendations based on it from multi-channel efforts
  • Familiar with keyword research tools
  • Knowledge of quality score, impression share, share of voice, position and other AdWords metrics
  • Experience with creating or optimizing landing pages a plus
  • Well-versed in online marketing best practices and measurement
  • Working knowledge of SEM and SEO tools
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel and other Office software
