– Payroll duties and processing (Checks / Direct Deposit)
– Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
– Maintains historical records by filing documents.
– Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
– Accounts Receivables / Payables
– Bank Reconciliations
– Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
– Working knowledge of QuickBooks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
