Regional Additive Manufacturing Specialist-RAMS – Various Regions

SprintRay, Inc Regional Additive Manufacturing Specialist (RAMS) have a customer facing role and all activities completed by the RAMS must be done while maintaining SprintRay’s brand and culture. In this role RAMS are to establish new SprintRay users, to described quota levels in their assigned geographic region. To accomplish this RAMS must organize and plan daily activities. These activities include but are not limited to; phone and live prospecting for new opportunities, web based and face to face presentations to prospective users; post presentation follow up, completion of orders, study club attendance, trade show attendance, and user meeting attendance, among other sales related activities.

Responsibilities Include:

Work directly with the existing channel partners in an effort to grow their unit sales and end user acquisition. These activities include but are not limited to collaboration of planning activities, marketing strategies, training of sales personal, identification of regional KOLs, regional trade show attendance, end user presentations, and regional sales plan development.

In addition the monitoring of regional market trends and regional competitive efforts is required.

Maintaining key performance indicator activity levels. These levels are currently described as 12 prospect contacts per day, 2 scheduled presentations per day, 1 trade show, study club, or user group meeting per week. Regional and some overnight travel is required. Up to 80% travel.

In addition, to the above sales related activities RAMS have administrative duties. RAMS are expected to input, update, and maintain the CRM; this includes opportunity list, forecasts, demographic data and next step data. RAMS expense accounts should be submitted for approval bi weekly and kept under described limits. RAMS are expected to attend weekly sales meetings and mandatory company functions.

Qualifications:

4 Years successful dental sales experience

Dynamic presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written skills

Strong organizational capabilities

Good technical understanding of 3D printing and CAD CAM workflow

Ability to build and maintain relationships with all channel partners and functional areas inside the organization.
