Director of Client Services

As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of servicing and retaining clients. This position is responsible for managing the transition of new clients into our program and providing excellent customer service throughout their program lifecycle with a strong focus on retention and successful client completion.


  • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of 5+ Customer Service Reps to perform at a high level providing top notch, white glove customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via telephone and email
  • Provide information about the company services and programs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
  • Effectively resolve customer escalations
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
  • Ensure that our agents are delivering a high-quality customer experience with each interaction


  • Associates Degree or 5+ years in customer service (preferably leadership)
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Familiarity with telephony and related metric in a contact center environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $36,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
